Delete your UsRides account

Delete from the app

1. Open the UsRides app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account (Profile) tab.
3. Tap "Delete my account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at Ridesbyus@gmail.com from the email address on your account and request deletion. We'll verify your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo)
• Your ride history
• Your saved places
• Your saved payment methods

Records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted, as permitted by applicable law.
